Sweeping And Inspection

A standard chimney sweep for a single flue is $200 INCLUDING tax. Additional flues on the same house are $100 INCLUDING tax. This includes an inspection performed after the chimney is clear.

If a sweep is not needed but an inspection is, that can be performed for $150 ($50.00 for additional flues).

For locations slightly farther away, such as the Lisle/Greene/Whitney Point area to the North, Owego/Apalachin to the West, and Deposit to the East, there is an additional $20 charge. Locations farther away than that may be subject to a milage-based distance charge, and may not be able to be serviced at all during the busy season (August-November).

Additional charges may apply for glazed/sticky tar-like buildup that cannot be removed with out normal brushes.
